I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, being in a nice area and very close to the city heart. I was able to walk to all the major attractions, including the famous Charle's Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including heating and air conditioning. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar, where I enjoyed delicious food and drinks. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Our room was new-fashioned and non-smoking with comfortable beds and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. They had an early check-in.

The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a wide range of options including the ability to boil your own eggs. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated, and we loved the complimentary water and Nespresso machine. The restaurant served delicious Balinese food at affordable prices. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops in the vicinity. We highly recommend this hotel for a pampering experience at a fair price.

The location was great, situated in a nice area within walking distance of historic sights and with convenient shops close by. The staff was friendly and provided a high level of service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with some even having a piano and terrace. The breakfast included was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. a wonderful experience.

The location was unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from Charles Square. Appreciated food selection, meals were tasty and they have lots of options. The stay was absolutely real good!

Just had the best Christmas stay! Loved the cozy and cute room with amazing decor. the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything, including the beautiful old town. the staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help. And the best part was the incredible shower and the clean and fresh rooms. Also, loved the welcome gesture of a bottle of Prosecco in the room.

Only two things to mention, but they didn't ruin my stay. the AC wouldn't go below 22.5 degrees, which was a bit warm for me.

The showers were amazing, could have stayed in there for hours. Despite being in a 26-bed dorm, the room was comfortable and private. Always clean and not noisy despite parties upstairs. Central location with easy access to public transport. Hotel has a good range of rooms, apartments, and dormitories. Friendly and helpful concierge. Spacious, clean, and airy apartment. Hotel provides evening entertainment.
